Terms of Purchase & Refund Policy

1. What You Are Purchasing

The Business AI Prompt Vault (the “Product”) is a digital product: a downloadable PDF containing 160 premium AI prompts across 8 business categories. Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to a secure download link, valid for 48 hours, from which you can save the Product to your device.

2. All Sales Are Final

Because the Product is a digital good that is delivered instantly and can be downloaded, copied, and retained immediately after purchase, all sales are considered final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are buying a digital product that is delivered and accessible immediately.
  • You waive any right to a “cooling-off” or cancellation period once the download has been made available to you.

3. Our Satisfaction Promise

We stand behind the quality of the Product. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want every customer to feel they received genuine value.

  • If your download link does not work or you experience a technical issue, contact us and we will send a replacement link immediately.
  • If you were charged more than once or there is a billing error, we will issue a prompt refund for the duplicate or erroneous charge.
  • If you genuinely feel the Product did not deliver value, reach out within 30 days and we will work with you personally to find a resolution. We have never had an unsatisfied customer walk away without one.

All resolutions under this promise are provided at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline requests that we believe are made in bad faith.

4. License & Acceptable Use

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the prompts for your own personal and internal business purposes, including generating content and strategies for your own clients. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share the Product or the prompt collection itself.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full card details. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms as the payment processor.
